Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of _ShotsBySpencer Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
_ShotsBySpencer Inc. offers photography services including but not limited to portrait, event, commercial, and wedding photography. Specific details about services can be found on our website or in individual contracts.
3. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be received upon the date of the service.
Payments can be made via Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Paypal, & Venmo.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled date for a refund of any payments minus the deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be done at least 72 hours in advance.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
_ShotsBySpencer Inc. retains copyright of all images produced.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the images for personal use.
Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.
6. Model Release
By engaging our services, you grant _ShotsBySpencer Inc. the right to use images of you or your event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio displays, website use, and social media. If you do not wish to have your images used, please notify us in writing prior to the shoot.
7. Liability
_ShotsBySpencer Inc. is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the course of the photoshoot. Clients are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Ohio / United States.
9. Changes to Terms
_ShotsBySpencer Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
